Who is eligible to enroll?
Both Aquia Harbour residents and non-residents are welcome. We offer classes for 3 and 4 year old children; all children must be completely potty-trained (no Pull-Ups). Children must be 3 or 4 years old by September 30 to be eligible for enrollment.
When do classes register?
Open registration will be held on Saturday, February 6th at the preschool. Priority is given to returning families, then residents of Aquia Harbour; thereafter anyone is welcome to register for available spaces. We do accept names for our waiting list when classes are full. Interested families are urged to submit their child’s name as soon as possible. Openings do occasionally occur throughout the school year. Learn more about registration.
What time are the classes?
*Please note that as COVID restrictions and licensing guidelines are lifted, we hope to return to our usual 3 hour class time. We will keep you updated as soon as we hear from VDH and Licensing.*
- 3 year old AM: T/Th 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 3 year old PM: T/TH 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
- 4 year old AM: M/W/F 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 4 year old PM: M/W/F 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Virtual classes include approximately one hour of virtual online instruction with our virtual teacher. Supplemental learning packets will be sent home monthly to include worksheets, crafts, instructions, monthly readers, etc. We are currently using Zoom as our virtual platform in conjunction with Google Classroom. All classwork and assignments, links to additional resources, etc. are all posted in Google Classroom in addition to being sent home.

Where is the school located?
Our mailing address is 1106 Spain Dr. Stafford, VA 22554. We are easily accessible off 95 from the 143 Exit. Head south on 610. Stay straight into Aquia Harbour on Washington Dr. about 1/2 mile down the hill. Our school is located next door to the Aquia Harbour Business Office on Washington Dr. There is a large parking lot with a playground in front of our building.
How much is tuition?
Monthly tuition is $115 for the T/Th classes, and $140 for the M/W/F classes. The annual registration fee is $50 per child (non-refundable), and there is a $75 supply fee (refundable up until the day of orientation). The school’s annual co-op fee is $250, which is returned to the family at the end of the school year when the family meets its co-op requirements (to obtain a partial or full refund of the co-op fee, certain requirements must be met). All fees are subject to change.
